Public Radio's Sound Opinions
Managing Producer and Director
Developed a unique opportunity for program listeners and for program fundraising - Food + Music. I collaborated with Chicago pop up chefs to create a dinner inspired by key albums from Chicago musicians. Each dish was inspired by the chosen albums.
Street marketing campaign that invited passersby to rate the albums advertised on the street using Sound Opinions branded rating scale.
Fundraising campaign that married the stalwart tchotchke of public radio, the mug, with staple rock 'n' roll merch item - the concert tshirt.
Merchandise created for radio show's online store that riffed on the program's rating scale, "Buy it, Burn It, Trash It."
Fundraising thank you gifts. I worked with a celebrated local Chicago concert poster artist to create a radio show poster and I produced a CD featuring in-studio performances from established bands.

As role of Managing Producer and Director for public radio's rock 'n' roll program Sound Opinions I managed the radio program's sound, content, staff, weekly production and B2B operations. I also developed and managed several creative campaigns for the program to help fundraise for the program and its carriage stations and market the show to listeners.
